ECU

The ECU is the central controller of an aerial work platform's drive and lift system. It receives signals from the joystick, limit switches, tilt and proximity sensors, and the battery management system, then coordinates the motor controllers, proportional valves and safety interlocks. Our ECU is engineered for 24V/48V AWP systems with a sealed IP65 enclosure and CAN-bus communication, and supports programmable drive profiles for both scissor and boom platforms.

Questions About This Product

Everything you need to know before placing an order for the universal joystick controller.

Which brands of aerial lifts are your parts compatible with?

Our universal and OEM-grade spare parts are engineered to fit major scissor-lift, boom-lift and telehandler brands used on global job sites. Each product page lists compatible model series, connector types and cross-reference part numbers. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the existing part and we will confirm compatibility within 24 hours.

Do you sell complete machines, or only spare parts?

Both. We supply new and refurbished boom lifts, scissor lifts and telehandlers, as well as a full range of replacement parts including joysticks, controllers, hydraulic components, electrical parts, tires, batteries and safety accessories.

How do I know if a joystick controller will work with my machine?

Check the operating voltage, connector pin count and output signal on the product page. Our universal joystick controllers support 12–48 V DC and the most common 6-pin round connectors. For proprietary ECUs, we can supply a plug-and-play adapter cable.

Which Incoterms do you support?

We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF and DDP for most destinations. First-time importers often choose CIF for simplicity, while experienced buyers prefer FOB to control freight and customs clearance.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For stock spare parts, the MOQ is usually 1 piece. For customized OEM parts or branded packaging, the MOQ typically starts at 50 pieces per SKU. Complete machines are quoted per unit and we support single-unit export orders.

How long does shipping take?

Sample and spare-parts orders ship within 48 hours after payment. Sea freight to Europe, North America or Southeast Asia typically takes 18–35 days depending on the port. Air freight is available for urgent orders and usually takes 5–8 days.
